Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proactively solve problems and follow established systems and checklists.
• Deliver quality workmanship and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules from kickoff through completion.
• Update schedules weekly using JobTread.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues before they affect the project.
• Complete quality inspections using phase gate checklists.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation in JobTread.
• Communicate regularly with homeowners and keep them informed.
• Manage punch lists and ensure projects are completed to standards.
• Work with leadership to improve project performance and client satisfaction.
