Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 2–5 years residential construction experience, preferably with production homebuilder.
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume environments.
• Strong work ethic, decision-making, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
• Aligned with company values and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage residential construction activities to meet critical paths and cycle times.
• Ensure 100% home completion by homeowner orientation date.
• Provide weekly construction status updates to the sales team.
• Conduct customer-facing appointments post-closing per company protocols.
• Manage trade partners and ensure scopes, schedules, and quality standards are met.
• Resolve contractor conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate trade partner performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and enforce safety policies.
• Manage budgets and document cost variances; verify material deliveries and invoices.
• Communicate with Sales and internal teams; provide weekly status updates.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with the Community Sales Team.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
