You will plan and schedule activities, manage trade partners, control costs and materials, conduct weekly site walks and quality inspections, and coordinate with Sales and support teams to keep buyers informed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of residential construction experience.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in high-volume environments.
• Strong work ethic, sound decision-making, adaptability and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule and manage residential construction activities to meet established paths and cycle time requirements.
• Manage trade partners, ensure adherence to scopes of work and quality standards.
• Conduct weekly site walks, document quality inspections, and coordinate with internal teams.
