Job summary

Dream Finders Homes in North Carolina is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee newly constructed residential homes in a fast-paced environment. You will enforce safety, ensure blueprints accuracy, takeoffs and budget variance handling on-site.

Responsibilities include coordinating buying and trade issues, managing builder partnerships, and monitoring communications to maximize closings and customer satisfaction with weekly team meetings. On-site role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience
• Valid driver's license with reliable automobile for on-site use.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of blueprints, takeoffs and manage variance to budgets.
• Coordinate supply/trade issues with purchasing department.
• Builder partnership: ensure quality standards, coordinate loading, start timing and pace; monitor builder communication with sales orders to maximize closings and customer satisfaction; conduct weekly team meetings; review/approve sub-contractor purchase orders; conduct weekly planned encounters.
