Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience.
• Knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of blueprints and takeoffs; manage variance to budgets.
• Coordinate supply/trade issues with purchasing.
• Monitor builder communication with sales orders to maximize closings.
• Review/approve sub-contractor purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly planned encounters with team.
