Dream Finders Homes seeks a Construction Manager to oversee newly built residential homes in a fast-paced environment. You will verify blueprints, manage takeoffs and keep projects within budget while enforcing safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating supply and trades with purchasing, ensuring builder quality, managing timelines, reviewing subcontractor purchase orders, and leading weekly team meetings to maximize closings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle for on-site use.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
• Knowledge of building codes.
• 2+ years residential home building experience.
• Homebuilding software experience (BuildPro).
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify blueprints and takeoffs; control budget variances.
• Coordinate supply/trade issues with the purchasing department.
• Monitor builder quality and start timing/pace.
• Lead weekly meetings to maximize closings and customer satisfaction.
• Review subcontractor purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly planned encounters.
