Job summary

David Weekley Homes is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Summer 2027 Interns to join our Phoenix Division team. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to learn from experienced homebuilding professionals, gain exposure to residential construction and discover what it takes to deliver an exceptional homebuying experience.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a full-time college program with an interest in pursuing residential construction and/or real estate.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week.
• Must have housing available in the greater Phoenix area for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Gain firsthand exposure to the entire homebuilding process from pre-contract activities through construction and post-closing service.
• Learn day-to-day responsibilities of a Builder, including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and material control.
• See the David Weekley Way in action and understand the standards that guide how homes are built and serviced for Customers.
• Participate in the warranty process, including reviewing service requests and addressing Customer questions.
• Develop an understanding of how exceptional Customer Service contributes to homeowner satisfaction and business success.
