You'll participate in warranty handling, customer concerns, and daily builder activities such as scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and material control. This internship offers real-world experience in residential construction and customer service impact.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time college student with an interest in residential construction.
• Ability to commit to the internship duration and Atlanta housing.
• Capable of working up to 40 hours per week and one full weekend.

Responsibilities

• Learn the end-to-end homebuilding process from pre-contract to post close.
• Support warranty processing and address customer concerns.
• Observe and participate in all builder functions, including scheduling and quality control.
• Assist in new home sales exposure and customer service impact.
