Job summary

Ashton Woods is seeking a Junior or Senior-year student in Construction Science, Business, Finance or a related field to join our project team and support construction management tasks across active communities. This role emphasizes hands-on learning, attention to detail, and proactive communication with subcontractors and homebuyers.

You will assist the Project Manager, coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Design Center, help ensure homes are delivered on time and within budget, and escalate issues

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior year student in Construction Science, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication with team members.
• Able to multi-task and manage responsibilities across construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned training tasks within a specified time.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing the construction process and subcontractors.
• Facilitate exceptional customer service through routine appointments with homebuyers.
• Communicate with homebuyers, on-site Sales Consultant/Associate and support personnel as required.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Design Center to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
• Support ensuring the community is well-presented and delivered on time and within budget.
