Job summary

NWM Risk Management seeks a Residential Construction Inspector in Forsyth, MT. You will visit residential construction sites, capture interior and exterior photos using the Pruvan mobile app, and submit images to the reporting team.

Must live within 25 miles of the job location and have reliable transportation. This is a contract, flat-rate position with payments issued after photos are processed and approved.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet (iPhone/Android) compatible with the Pruvan app and not older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
