Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Residential Construction Inspector to photograph and document residential sites within a 25‑mile radius of Forsyth, MT. This contract role requires a smartphone or tablet with the Pruvan app and reliable transportation.

No report writing is required—photos are submitted for loading into reports with a quick turnaround, typically 24–48 hours after assignment.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required.
• Live within 25 miles of Forsyth, MT.
• Must have a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app (≤5 years old).
• Reliable vehicle and transportation to sites.
• PPE: closed‑toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos via the mobile app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling promptly.
• Ensure inspections occur within 24–48 hours of assignment.
