Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to visit residential construction sites within a 25-mile radius of Stevensville, MT. You will capture interior and exterior progress photos using the Pruvan app and submit them to the report team for lenders' review.

This is a flexible, part-time contract role perfect for students, retirees, or anyone seeking supplemental income. No report writing is required and you control your own hours with a smartphone or tablet. PPE is required on site.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Flexible schedule with inspections assigned as needed and 24–48 hours notice.
• Reliable transportation to travel to inspection sites.
• Smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via the Pruvan app for on-site progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
• No report writing is required; only photo documentation.
