Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily property. You will lead the on-site team, manage leasing, marketing, and financials to meet occupancy and revenue targets, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of property management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate maintenance, tenant relations, and budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, budgeting, and reporting to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
