Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years general residential maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Customer service oriented and team oriented.
• Self-motivated, proactive, takes initiative with strong follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements; OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Inspect and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, gutters.
• Operate and maintain systems and equipment as needed.
• Maintain company vehicle with routine PMs.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
