Elliron Residential is hiring a Housekeeper to keep our leasing office, common areas, amenities, and vacant units spotless and move-in ready. You will handle daily cleaning tasks, sanitizing restrooms, and restocking supplies consistent with Elliron's standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and safety in a residential setting. A high school diploma is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Self-directed with ownership of tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques and safety practices.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, leasing office, amenities, and vacant units to make them move-in ready.
• Deep clean vacant apartments and prepare for new residents.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and use equipment safely.
