Twin Oaks Refrigeration is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems across a defined Southeast Ohio and West Virginia territory.

The role emphasizes field-based, customer-facing service with emphasis on safety, accurate documentation, and professional customer interactions. Requires EPA 608, 3+ years of field experience, and a valid OH driver’s license.

Qualificações

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean driving record; company vehicle provided.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, manuals, and specs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated with strong customer communication.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Service refrigeration systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, and ice machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance under annual contracts and document work.
• Install new HVAC/refrigeration equipment and perform system startup and customer walkthrough.
• Respond to emergency calls; participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain service vehicle, follow safety protocols including EPA 608 requirements.
• Document all work orders, parts, time, and signatures; use dispatch/invoicing platform.
