Chrysalis House, Inc. is seeking a Residential Coach for a full-time, Monday–Friday 2pm–10pm shift in Baltimore, MD. The role focuses on maintaining a therapeutic residential environment, safety, and structured activities for women in recovery.
Candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years in a residential setting, plus at least 1 year of experience with substance abuse clients. On-site work, travel for transport, and on-call coverage may be required.

SUMMARY: The Residential Coach has compassion and empathy for our vulnerable population and adheresto the holistic and therapeutic approach while overseeing duties related to the functioning of ourresidential program.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
