This exempt position requires LICSW/LCSW/LMHC licensure, strong communication, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays 9am-5pm, with on-call crisis coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician: LICSW/LCSW/LMHC required.
• At least two years of related experience.
• DPH medication administration certification within 3 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage and support IBGLE residents to set goals and improve health and wellness.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop safety and treatment plans, implement interventions.
• Collaborate with IBGLE team and external treatment partners to support individuals.
• Provide crisis assessment and on-call interventions as scheduled.
• Train and supervise direct care staff; ensure proper clinical documentation.
