Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete all Company specified training programs.
• Operates cleaning equipment such as iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, vacuums.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas.
• Perform laundry duties: washing/drying resident laundry, folding/hanging, distributing linens, changing bed linens.
• Maintain laundry areas and keep spaces clean and orderly.
• Wash windows at reasonable heights; keep storage rooms tidy.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies; stock cleaning cart.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas; coordinate with maintenance.
