Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff. You will clean apartments and interior and exterior common areas, handle laundry, and stock supplies while adhering to sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, washing windows, and reporting safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor. The role requires reliable scheduling and effective communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete all Company specified training programs.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment such as irons, washers & dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios, and windows.
• Perform all housekeeping duties including laundry and linen distribution, changing beds, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain resident laundry areas and stock cleaning carts.
• Wash windows and keep storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to Supervisor.
• May perform other duties as needed.
