The role is full-time hourly, reporting to the Project Lead, with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in a residential setting. Must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial/construction cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping and post-construction cleaning in occupied residential units and common areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and remove debris as needed.
• Maintain clean, clutter-free, and hazard-free job sites.
• Communicate and coordinate with team.
• Follow site-specific safety and cleanliness protocols.
