Job summary

TGG Accounting is seeking a High-End Residential Cleaning & Maintenance Technician to service luxury homes in San Diego. This full-time role requires physical stamina, reliability, and attention to detail as you work initially with the owner and gradually gain independence.

You will perform deep cleaning, manage windows, floors, and surfaces, operate cleaning equipment, and report any property issues. A valid driver’s license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor daily.
• High attention to detail.
• Professional appearance: clean-cut and presentable.
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000–10,000+ sq ft).
• Service 2 homes per day depending on size and scope.
• Complete full-service cleaning: Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removal; kitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, disposals; bathrooms, grout, showers, patios.
• Use specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.).
• Perform ladder and rooftop work when needed.
• Assist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasks.
• Identify and report property issues via email.
• Work directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over time.

We are a growing, owner-operated high-end residential cleaning and home maintenance company serving luxury homes throughout San Diego. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable individual who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a small business.

What You’ll Do

• Perform deep cleaning of high-end homes (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)
• Service 2 homes per day depending on size and scope
• Complete full-service cleaning: Floors, carpets, windows, dusting, pet hair removal Kitchens, ovens, fridges, sinks, garbage disposals Bathrooms, grout, master showers, patios
• Use specialized equipment (steamers, vacuums, solar panel cleaners, etc.)
• Perform ladder and rooftop work when needed
• Assist with floor restoration and solar maintenance tasks
• Identify and report property issues (leaks, damage, etc.) via email
• Work directly with the owner initially, with opportunity for independent work over time
