Responsibilities

• Clean and sweep community trash rooms and trash enclosures.
• Compact and distribute trash to optimize bin use.
• Janitorial cleaning of community common areas.
• Remove large items from communities (TVs, appliances, remodel materials).
• Pressure wash trash enclosures and common areas.
• Report trash concerns to Customer Solutions.
