Job Description

Position Overview:

Pristine Cleaning Solutions OH is currently hiring Residential Cleaning Technicians in Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding areas. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning services to our valued clients. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitization, and the overall presentation of homes with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One weekend per month required
  
  

Starting Pay:

• $16/hour and up based on experience
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential homes, including:
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
• Wiping down surfaces, baseboards, and appliances
• Making beds and tidying living areas
• Deliver add-on services as scheduled (inside oven/fridge, cabinets, windows, baseboards, etc.)
• Use cleaning products safely and follow company procedures
• Adhere to Pristine’s cleaning checklist and any client-specific instructions
• Take clear before-and-after photos of each job
• Maintain professionalism while on-site and respect client privacy
• Report supply needs, safety concerns, or damages to management
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must own a working phone with camera capabilities for job photos
• Ability to pass a background check
• Detail-oriented and dependable with strong time management skills
• Physically capable of performing repetitive cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to complete our in-house cleaning certification training program
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience
• Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not required
