Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways, and other spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include regular cleaning tasks, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, managing supplies, and supporting move-in/move-out inspections. Flexibility for weekends/evenings preferred; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, storage and disposal.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if required.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways and other areas per procedures.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming tasks regularly.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and other areas as required.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning and inspections.
• Notify management of any maintenance or cleaning issues needing attention.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
