Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, lobbies, elevators, stairways and other property areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Assist with move-in/move-out cleaning and inspections.
