Qualificações

• Graduation from high school or GED with either direct experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience cleaning in commercial or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead staff effectively.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Comfortable using technology to manage tasks and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise general cleaning activities in assigned areas consistent with Housing and Residence Life standards.
• Provide area supervision for 2–3 residential complexes and up to 12 employees (summer staff included).
• Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
