Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a trainer for Housekeeping Services to conduct new hire orientations, OS1 training and other training programs covering cleaning, safety, ergonomics and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in institutional or commercial cleaning, including training employees on custodial procedures, equipment and chemicals.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to research and resolve non-standard questions with reference to policies and procedures.
