Highmark Residential is seeking a dedicated team member to support apartment cleaning and readiness for move-ins at Congress Park. You will help maintain common areas, assist maintenance, and participate in community improvement activities.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, and potential bonuses. Flexible schedules and relocation within Highmark communities may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Must have average communication skills to understand and follow directions.
• Prefer knowledge of cleaning chemical usage.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Aufgaben

• Cleans vacant apartments for resident move-ins.
• Cleans apartment community’s office, club area, clothes care centers and storage area.
• Trashes out vacant apartments as required.
• Assists with market readies as needed.
• Assists maintenance in maintaining a clean and orderly shop.
• Participates in an outgoing community improvement plan and preventive maintenance program.
• Distributes resident notices to residents as required.
• Assists with resident functions as required.
• Must have mode of communication to be contacted at home and respond in emergencies.
• Works overtime, weekend, holiday and evening work as required.
• May be transferred or assigned to work at another Highmark community.
• May be required to assist with carpet cleaning.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
