Job summary

HNN Communities in Bothell, WA is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Professional to maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments, model units, leasing offices, and common areas to preserve market-ready appeal.

You will stock supplies, assist in make-ready tasks, uphold safety standards, and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff while meeting deadlines and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. per I-9.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect leasing office, clubhouse, model units, and common areas.
• Stock restrooms and kitchens with supplies as needed.
• Prepare vacant apartments to company standards for move-in.
• Assist in make-ready tasks and maintain market-ready appearance throughout the day.
• Pickup trash and maintain cleaning supplies; request re-orders when necessary.
• Adhere to safety practices and SDS labeling; maintain security and key control.
• Support resident events and distribute notices; communicate hazards to supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects and guests.
