HNN Communities in Seattle, WA is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Professional to maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments, models, leasing offices, and common areas. The role demands attention to detail to ensure market-ready appeal.

Competitive hourly pay between $20.00 and $21.50, plus robust benefits and training opportunities. Candidates should be able to work a Tuesday-Friday 5:00 am–2:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule, with background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Background check and drug screening required
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English

Responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, model units, common areas, and amenities
• Stock restrooms and kitchens with supplies
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in per company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of vacant units to keep market-ready appeal
• Support make-ready process and assist with duties as assigned
• Dispose of trash and maintain grounds and common areas
• Maintain supplies and safety data sheets; ensure proper labeling of chemicals
