Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Full-Time Cleaning Professional to maintain cleanliness of vacant apartments, model units, leasing offices, and common areas in Renton, WA. The role emphasizes customer service and professional conduct while ensuring market-ready conditions.

The position supports often early hours, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with property teams to deliver a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/housekeeping preferred (1 year).
• Strong customer service mindset with professional demeanor.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, model unit(s), common areas, and restrooms; perform disinfecting and housekeeping tasks.
• Restock kitchens and restrooms with toilet paper, soap, towels, and supplies.
• Clean vacant apartments to meet move-in standards; prep units for showing.
• Freshen vacant units and show units throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assist in make-ready tasks and perform additional duties as directed.
• Store and manage cleaning supplies; request re-orders; maintain SDS and proper labeling of chemicals.
• Uphold security measures including key control and safe building access.
• Participate in resident events and community programs; distribute notices and communications.
