Job summary

Tidy Torch in Casa Grande, AZ is hiring a Professional House Cleaner. This hands-on role is for someone with real cleaning experience who can work efficiently in a two-person team, following the client's scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One year of prior residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Smartphone required; comfortable using apps, checking email, and responding to schedule updates.
• Reliable internet access for scheduling and communication.
• Your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting 20+ lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and spaces.
• Professional, punctual, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
• Ability to work independently while part of a two-person team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a two-person cleaning team on every assigned job.
• Complete standard home cleanings, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, floors, surfaces, appliance exteriors, baseboards, and high-touch areas per scope.
• Follow the checklist and client notes for each visit.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and complete the clean within the scheduled window.
• Take before-and-after photos at every job and submit them when complete.
• Use our scheduling app to view assignments, manage availability, and stay updated.
• Communicate professionally with the team and clients as needed.
• Report access issues, damage, maintenance concerns, supply needs, or scope changes.
