Highland Cleaning is seeking a detail-oriented luxury home cleaner to join our professional team serving Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. We provide steady, predictable schedules in high-end homes and vacation villas.

As a W2 employee, you'll earn $20/hour, with weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. We use eco-friendly products and support a safe, respectful work environment with bonus opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks that require lifting and moving furniture.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in residential and commercial spaces including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning and window washing as required.
• Report maintenance issues found during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleaning standards.
