Job summary

CloudTen Residential in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness of community spaces, models, vacant units, and public areas. You will follow company standards to ensure spaces are presentable and safe for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, occupied and vacant units; preparing units for new residents; reporting hazards; maintaining supplies; and supporting the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Personable, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Minimum of two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a residential or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, public areas, and models.
• Clean occupied apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, laundry, linens, windows, patios, and dishes.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by cleaning thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of model units and public areas, ensuring tour routes are debris-free.
• Inspect and report safety hazards or maintenance needs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
