GLISS is hiring professional, detail-oriented cleaning technicians to support daily operations in Hillsboro, OR. This full-time role offers day shifts from Monday to Friday with pay starting at $18 per hour and opportunities to provide top-tier customer service in residential settings.

You will work independently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and help create welcoming home environments for clients while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Residential cleaning experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable commuting to different residential sites.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and upholstery; sweeping and mopping hard floors
• Kitchen cleaning, including countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors/interiors
• Bathroom sanitization (toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and mirrors)
• Making beds and changing linens
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Laundry folding and organizing when requested
• Light home organization and decluttering tasks
• Occasional deep cleaning (windows, baseboards, appliances)
• Maintain professionalism and address client needs courteously
