Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years experience in residential house cleaning.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Own a vehicle and smartphone with valid auto insurance & driver's license.
• Ability to work independently or as a team.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers & team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as grout scrubbing.
• Organize and tidy up spaces while respecting clients' personal belongings.
• Use eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques to minimize environmental impact
• Communicate effectively with clients to address specific cleaning preferences or concerns, in English.
• Epic Cleaning Pros will require your permission to obtain a background check during the employment screening process

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in clients’ homes. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and occasionally performing deep cleaning tasks. Must ensure a high standard of hygiene and attention to detail while respecting clients’ personal spaces.

• 2+ years experience in residential house cleaning industry
• Great attitude and work ethic
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Physical ability to complete all required housekeeping tasks (lift, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, etc)
• Own a vehicle & smartphone with valid auto insurance & driver's license
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers & team members

Preferred Qualifications
