Residential Cleaner

PeopleReady of Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to clean and maintain residential properties in Laveen, AZ. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, windows, and floors, along with sanitizing surfaces, removing trash, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate has previous residential cleaning or housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and safety procedures.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15.75 - $15.75 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Residential Cleaner:

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and rugs

• Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces

• Clean countertops, sinks, mirrors, windows, and frequently touched surfaces

• Empty trash containers, remove debris, and replace liners

• Clean appliances and other household surfaces as assigned

• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment

• Follow cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure properties meet cleanliness standards

• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or unsafe conditions

• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience required

• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete cleaning tasks efficiently

• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules and instructions

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and frequently bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality cleaning services

• Background check and drug test required
