Job summary

Coleman Company, Inc. has opened a new office in Brunswick, GA, and seeks a growth-oriented Civil Project Manager / Engineer to establish our Residential Land Development presence in the Golden Isles. You will manage projects from concept through construction and also perform design work.

The role requires 5–8 years of residential site design experience, PE license or ability to obtain quickly, and strong communication and leadership skills. Coastal Georgia permitting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in residential land development design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including roadway design, grading, and utility layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple residential land development projects from concept through construction completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships for client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams across all project phases.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and designers as the Brunswick team grows.
• Produce civil designs for residential subdivisions including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways.
