The Program Coordinator provides day‑to‑day operational leadership within a residential cottage, supporting youth ages 13–20 in a trauma‑informed, structured, and nurturing environment. This role coordinates and oversees daily programs, activities, and services while supervising assigned staff and ensuring consistent, high‑quality care.
Working closely with the Care Coordinator, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in staff supervision, crisis response, program implementation, and maintaining continuity of leadership coverage during after‑hours operations, weekends, and on‑call periods.
