Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Residential Caseworker for the West Chester, PA location. The role is full-time with a 9:00am–5:00pm day shift, focusing on mental health services and community integration.

Responsibilities include developing service plans, providing counseling and crisis support, and coordinating with treatment teams to promote positive outcomes. Requires an Associate's Degree and clear background checks, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field.
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.
