Summary

Maximize residents' success, satisfaction, and ownership in their living and working environment through effective skills training and relationship building. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment within the residential program. Provide client-driven services that ensure quality and excellence in client care and support client recovery.

Responsibilities
  1. Available to cover shifts as assigned at any residential program, including traveling between programs.
  2. Facilitate ADL skill-building for residential living and community integration through supervising and teaching clients daily routines such as medication management, budgeting, self-preservation, transportation, etc.
  3. Participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop and review client treatment plans, engaging clients in the process.
  4. Coordinate and monitor treatment services for all assigned clients, including contact as prescribed, care provision, and collaboration with clients, families, staff, and external providers.
  5. Provide shift coverage, including household maintenance, crisis resolution, conflict management, and symptom control.
  6. Attend supervision and team meetings as required.
  7. Maintain current knowledge of agency policies and procedures.
  8. Work flexible hours including first and second shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  9. Ensure safety and security of office and residential areas.
  10. Schedule and facilitate treatment plan meetings, utilizing assessment data and participation from clients and other providers.
  11. Screen for substance abuse, conduct assessments, and provide appropriate treatment planning and counseling.
  12. Perform other duties as needed, including remaining on shift until relieved.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to perform household chores and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone.
  • CPR and First Aid certification, and ability to monitor vital signs.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients.
  • Competency in reading, writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and maintain confidentiality.
Other Requirements

Adherence to ethical standards, organizational policies, and confidentiality. Ability to work in various environmental conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
