As a Trainee, you will work on delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodels, reporting to the Installation Manager and collaborating with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Operations staff.

A Day in the Life

Expect to:

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, load trucks, and drive to customer homes
• Perform demolition, install new fixtures, and update plumbing
• Maintain cleanliness and obtain signatures and payments

Schedule: Monday – Friday, starting at 6:30 AM; hours may vary.
