Job summary

Seashore Construction Corp is seeking a qualified carpenter for residential exterior remodeling projects in New Jersey. You will work hands-on on roofing, siding, windows and decking, leveraging 5+ years of remodeling experience and power tool proficiency.

Licensed in NJ, able to pass a drug test, and able to provide 2 professional references. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive hourly pay and benefits including medical, retirement match, and PTO.

We’re seeking qualified individuals to operate in a hands‑on role as a carpenter for residential exterior remodeling including roofing, windows, siding and decking. The ideal candidate has 5+ years remodeling experience working in the field, knowledge of power tools and superior work ethic.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field experience in residential remodeling
• Hourly wage based on experience/skill
• Have valid NJ Drivers License and reliable transportation to/from work
• Basic computer knowledge with the ability to use email and apps for business
• Provide 2 professional references
• Be able to pass a drug test
• This is not an entry level laborers position. Must have working knowledge of power tools and have had hands on remodeling experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20 to $25 Hourly
