Job summary

Howell Building Care LLC in Lake Mills, WI is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our field team on a range of residential remodeling projects, including rough and finish carpentry.

You will read blueprints, measure and cut to spec, install trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and work closely with the project coordinator to keep jobs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional carpentry experience (2+ years preferred).
• Experience in finish carpentry, rough carpentry, or both.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied physical conditions (kneeling, climbing, standing for extended periods).
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Position: Carpenter

Full-Time.

We're looking for an experienced carpenter to join our growing field team. We are hiring for both rough and finish carpentry across a variety of residential remodeling projects.

Responsibilities
