What You’ll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you’ll work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help bring exceptional homes to life.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details
• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Help identify and resolve field challenges
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners
• Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule
