SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Residential Caregiver – Personal Care Assistant to help clients maintain independence at home across Addison County, VT. This role involves non-medical daily living support, mobility help, light housekeeping, and companionship.

We offer full- or part-time schedules, day/night shifts, overtime, and weekend opportunities. A driving license is required; reliable vehicle preferred, and background check will be conducted.

Pay:

• $17 - $22/hour (based on experience), with per diem pay up to part-time

Schedule:

• Full- or part-time options, we offer days, nights, overtime, and weekends

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Residential Caregiver – Personal Care Assistant, you provide essential support, allowing clients to maintain their independence within their homes. You assist with various daily living responsibilities and perform entry-level, non-medical tasks tailored to each client's unique needs, including personal care duties, mobility assistance, basic housekeeping, and medication reminders. Beyond practical assistance, you transport clients to appointments and activities, fostering warm companionship and building genuine friendships. You consistently act respectfully, support their independence, and communicate effectively with coworkers and families to ensure consistent and reliable care.
