Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out the goals, objectives, and the Mission of the Agency.
• Contribute to the safety and therapeutic environment of the programs.
• Supervise clients and assist with medications.
• Prepare service plans to improve abilities and functioning.
• Attend supervision sessions and staff meetings.
• Document progress notes, goals, and incidents.
• Drive individuals to appointments when necessary.
