Job summary

TCN Greene Bridge in Xenia, OH is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time graveyard shift. You will monitor clients with SPMI, maintain safety and program integrity, assist with daily living tasks, facilitate recreational activities, and manage clinical documentation.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma and basic computer skills; CPR/First Aid and de-escalation training will be provided on hire. This residential setting offers growth and supervision toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma.
• Preferred: Experience with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness in a residential setting is a plus.
• Computer experience is needed.
• CPR/First Aid certifications, De-escalation – TC N will provide upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).
• Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment.
