Job summary

CMCSB is seeking a Full-Time Residential Technician for the ICF program at Baxter House ICF. You will supervise residents, assist with daily living, medications, and transportation to activities, ensuring safety and dignity in care.

Responsibilities include documenting notes, maintaining a sanitary environment, and participating in fire drills and behavior support as needed. Flexible scheduling may be required to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Willingness and ability to obtain CDL if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents in daily living activities.
• Provide instruction for individual service plan outcomes and record data.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
• Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
